Extrusion based laminates

Poysha packaging was one of the first ones to introduce extrusion lamination to the Indian market. The company's facilities allows it to manufacture speciality extrusion laminates viz. four layer laminates for snacks allowing nitrogen flushing, five layer laminate with foil for vacuum, extrusion based laminates for condoms, high quality woven BOPP bags, etc.

Extrusion can allow you to increase the shelf-life of product by improving the barrier properties significantly. Also, it improves the life of the laminate itself by reducing the cracking of barrier coatings / metal.
